What is the objective of the event?
The objective of the ride is to raise money for Nettlebed Hospice, which exists to serve the local community by providing specialist care to those living with life-shortening illnesses. We provide for the active total care of patients whose disease is not responsive to curative treatment. Control of pain, of other symptoms and of psychological, social and spiritual problems is paramount. The goal of palliative care is achievement of the best possible quality of life for patients and their families. It costs £2.3 million per year to operate Nettlebed Hospice; some of this money is raised through fundraising events such as Ride for Ryder
Are there prizes up for grabs?!
To motivate riders to raise money for Nettlebed Hospice the following prizes are up for grabs:
Adult Top Fundraiser – AW Cycles voucher to spend at their stores

Will refreshments be provided?
There will be on the day food and drink available, a water station and complimentary refreshments for all those taking part as well as an opportunity to purchase items on the way round. Massages will also be available to relieve weary limbs.
